May 3 Derby Day at Satire We’ll have live coverage of all the races starting at noon, with the main event kicking off at 4:57 PM. Come early, grab a seat, and start sipping. Oh, and we’ve got food. Weird food. Good food. Hot Brown Squirrels – a Derby classic with a Satire twist: Turkey, bacon, tomato, and our secret squirrel sauce (yes, it’s squirrel mating season) wrapped in our signature bread.
