Beef Rouladen USDA Choice beef thinly sliced, traditionally seasoned and wrapped around onions, bacon and a pickle. Served braised in a brown sauce.
Brat Burger Sliders Bratwurst sausage filling served burger style grilled over live coals. Served on two mini slider buns with fries.
