Every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bubble & Squeak 7- Layers of cheddar and mashed potatoes, broiled and topped with diced bacon and scallions. Irish Eggs Benedict 12- English muffin topped with Irish bacon, poached eggs, and Hollandaise sauce. Wake Up Poutine 12- French fries topped with fried cheddar cheese curds, chopped bacons, and scallions topped with Jameson whiskey gravy. Irish Breakfast (The Adventurer’s Brunch) 22- 8 oz. grilled steak—cooked to your liking—with two fried eggs, Irish bacon, grilled cherry tomatoes, and Irish beans. Add an Irish banger for 3-. Spicy Corned Beef Hash 12- Corned beef and potato topped with a fried egg and sautéed onions. Irish Toasties 7- Open-faced grilled cheese with cheddar and Irish bacon, topped with sautéed onions and housemade honey Dijon. Chilaquiles 15- Thinly sliced marinated steak topped with sunny side-up eggs, served with tortilla chips tossed in Mexican chili mole and topped with queso fresco and sour cream. Breakfast Quesadilla 10- Scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon in a flour tortilla, served with sour cream and salsa. Add scallions, tomatoes, sautéed onions, or sautéed mushrooms for 1- each. Breakfast Burger 15- A succulent sirloin, chuck, and brisket burger on a jumbo English muffin, loaded with bacon and topped with Hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. Served with French fries.
