Happy Hour & Music Nights This season, it is our goal to become the “go-to” place in the Boothbay Region to enjoy a warm, breezy summer afternoon by the ocean, have a great cocktail, or two, enjoy great food and listen to some of Coastal Maine’s finest musicians. Roxie Severt, well-known local bartender will be serving handcrafted cocktails as well as standard favorites and local brews. She’s known for giving a “good pour”! We offer “Happy Hour” from 4:00-5:00pm (except Wednesday). Discounts include select beer, wine, well-drinks and a selection of handcrafted cocktails on special. Every Sunday and Tuesday evenings, 727 will feature live music by local musicians such as Boogie2Shooz, Judd Caswell, Derek Gannett, Chris Gagne & Company, Bob Colwell, Mark Stover and Paul D’Allesio.
